Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026
⚠️ Prototype draft — these terms will be finalized with legal counsel before launch.

1. Who we are

BridgeCrew ("we", "us") is operated by BridgeCrew Technologies Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. BridgeCrew is a membership network that connects General Contractors ("GCs"), trade subcontractors ("Subs"), and clients/insurers, and assists with credential verification and compliance documentation.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use BridgeCrew on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

3. The service

BridgeCrew verifies member-submitted credentials (such as business licences, trade certifications, liability insurance, and workers' compensation status) and facilitates introductions, placements, tenders, and documentation between members. BridgeCrew is not a party to any contract between members. GCs and Subs contract directly with each other and remain solely responsible for their own work, pricing, scheduling, performance, and statutory obligations.

4. Verification — scope and limits

5. Memberships and fees

Membership plans, placement fees, and vetting fees are listed on our pricing page in Canadian dollars and may change with notice. Fees for completed vetting and completed placements are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional offers (such as founding-member offers) are subject to their stated conditions.

6. Member conduct

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

This site, its design, content, and software are © 2026 BridgeCrew Technologies Inc. BridgeCrew™, the bridge logo, and "The Trusted Subcontractor Network" are trademarks of BridgeCrew Technologies Inc. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce the platform or its content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeCrew disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or project delays arising from use of the network, including from acts or omissions of members. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to BridgeCrew in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Sections 7 and 8 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to members by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
